All marked data is sharply clear and easy to read - accurately aligned, evenly spaced and uniformly deep. The machine has a rugged cast iron frame with specially hardened ground steel components and a unique dial wheel construction with interchangeable type inserts - engineered for long, trouble-free service. Simple 5-step operation - set marking depth, locate label on table, rotate dial wheel to select character, depress handle to mark, release handle and the table automatically advances the label to the next marking position. Ideal when a wide range of label sizes need marking, when marking data varies, and when short production runs are required. High precision tool means virtually no label spoilage and virtually no rejections - marking cost is considerably lower than tedious unreliable hand stamping methods. A BRADMA Metal Label Marking Machine is a high-precision bench-top marking tool for permanently marking alphanumeric data on metal labels, nameplates and tags. The operator selects characters using a rotating dial wheel and depresses a handle to mark - the table then automatically advances the label to the next character position.

The machine marks on aluminium, brass and steel labels - virtually every metal. It is especially effective for marking into pre-defined windows on pre-printed labels.

Four character sizes are available - 1.6mm, 2mm, 3mm and 4mm. Each size is a separate machine model as the dial wheel and type inserts are matched to the character size.

Labels up to 100mm deep and 200mm wide can be marked. Label thickness must be between 0.3mm and 2.5mm. The marking area covers 10mm minimum to 95mm maximum from the top edge of the label.

Yes. A special leaf gauge for multi-line labels can be custom-built to your individual requirement - enabling speedy alignment of each line before marking. For 2-line marking, two stops are supplied with the machine for fast and accurate automatic alignment.

The dial wheel carries all 26 alphabets A to Z and numerals 0 to 9 along with punctuation marks including full stop, hyphen, forward slash and ampersand.

Marking depth is set before starting by a simple adjustment on the machine. Once set, the depth remains consistent for all characters marked in that session - ensuring uniform impression across the entire label.
