A focused fiber laser beam marks directly onto the component surface - no consumables, no tooling wear, no contact with the part. Marks are permanent, high-contrast and tamper-proof.

Every VELSE Fiber Laser Marking Machine is assembled in India by Max Machine Tools and backed by direct Indian service support - for commissioning, training, maintenance and spares. There is no dependency on overseas suppliers for after-sales. When something needs attention, Max Machine Tools responds directly - not a reseller passing your query to a factory in another country.

The Table Model is compact and can be placed on any workbench - your existing PC or laptop connects to it separately. The Desktop Model has a box base that houses all machine electronics inside - a cleaner, more self-contained installation. PC and UPS are available as accessories for both models and are not included in the standard supply.

Higher wattage gives deeper marks and faster throughput on the same material. 20W and 30W are suitable for most standard industrial marking on steel, aluminium and brass. 50W is preferred for deeper engraving, harder materials and higher production speeds. 100W is for deep engraving, heavy cutting applications and maximum throughput. Share your material, required depth and production volume and Max Machine Tools will recommend the right wattage.

Fiber laser marks permanently on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, titanium, carbide, chrome, nickel alloys and most engineering metals. Also marks on certain plastics and coated surfaces. It does not mark well on wood, glass or transparent materials - for those, different laser types are needed.

Yes. The EZCAD software supports QR codes, Data Matrix codes, barcodes, serial numbers with auto-increment, date and time stamps, logos and any custom text or graphic. At 0.001mm repeat accuracy the machine produces scannable codes even at very small sizes.

The standard machine is a Class 4 laser system. For production environments, defence, medical and aerospace installations, Max Machine Tools supplies a full safety enclosure with interlocked safety sensors that brings the installation to international laser safety standards. A fume extractor is also recommended for enclosed environments.

Yes. The machine supports input signals from software and foot switch as standard. Max Machine Tools also designs and builds custom automation systems - conveyor feeds, pick and place fixtures, PLC integration and multi-station auto marking setups - tailored to your production requirement.

The standard marking range is 110 x 110mm with the standard F-Theta lens. An optional 200 x 200mm lens is available as an upgrade. Larger marking fields are available on request. The marking range does not change with wattage - only the power output changes.
