PRG Toggle Press Machines are heavy-duty bench mounting presses designed for riveting, pressing, punching, and light assembly operations. Available in 3 models - TPH6 and TPH9 (manual hand operated) and TPP6 (pneumatic). All models deliver 700 Kgf pressing force with a 35mm stroke length. The toggle mechanism provides a mechanical advantage that multiplies pressing force at the bottom of the stroke, making it ideal for precise and consistent pressing operations. Suitable for automotive, electronics, fabrication, and general engineering applications.

FAQs
The PRG Toggle Press Machine is available in 3 models - TPH6 (Manual, 6" gap), TPH9 (Manual, 9" gap), and TPP6 (Pneumatic, 6" gap). All models have 700 Kgf capacity and 35mm stroke.
Both are manual hand operated toggle presses with the same capacity and stroke. The TPH9 has a larger bed to ram gap of 9 inches compared to 6 inches on the TPH6, making it suitable for taller workpieces.
The hand operated models (TPH6 and TPH9) use a manual lever to operate the toggle mechanism. The pneumatic model (TPP6) uses compressed air at 6 to 9 Kg/cm2 for faster cycle times and less operator fatigue in high-volume production.
The TPP6 pneumatic model requires an air line pressure of 6 to 9 Kg/cm2. The hand operated models TPH6 and TPH9 do not require any air supply.
Toggle presses are used for riveting, pressing, punching, piercing, marking, and light assembly operations. The toggle mechanism provides a mechanical advantage that concentrates maximum force at the bottom of the stroke.
All 3 models - TPH6, TPH9, and TPP6 - have a stroke length of 35mm.
All models have a 15mm hole in ram, supporting a wide range of standard tooling and punches.
All models have a working table size of 4" x 7", suitable for small to medium sized components and tooling.
Yes, available Pan-India through Max Machine Tools, with supply covering Chennai, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and all major industrial regions, as well as export markets.
Toggle presses are widely used in automotive, electronics, electrical components, jewellery, sheet metal fabrication, and general engineering industries for precision pressing and assembly operations.
