BRADMA Hydro Pneumatic Presses are recommended for high production rates in marking applications. The ram travels are pneumatically actuated for speed while the marking loads are delivered hydraulically at controlled speed - combining the best of both systems. Hydro Pneumatic Presses are efficient, reliable and a low-cost compact alternative to hydraulic power presses and mechanical presses - up to 60% cheaper than equivalent hydraulic presses with 50% to 70% energy saving. Available in four frame configurations - 2-Pillar, 4-Pillar, C-Frame and Compact C-Frame - across tonnages of 2T, 4T, 8T and 15T, with total travel options of 100mm and 150mm. Power stroke is 6mm across all models. Three-stage operation - initial low force large travel fast approach, high force short travel power stroke, and low force rapid retraction. Fast action - 2T models operate at 100 cycles per minute, 4T at 60 CPM, 8T at 40 CPM and 15T at 20 CPM. Compact and light weight - can be mounted on existing workbenches without any foundation. Versatile - force and speed can be varied infinitely and the machine can be mounted in any orientation. True non tie-down interlocked two-hand safety operation. This gives the speed of a pneumatic system with the controlled power of a hydraulic press.

A Hydro Pneumatic Press is up to 60% cheaper than an equivalent hydraulic press, uses 50% to 70% less energy, is significantly more compact, requires no foundation and can be mounted on an existing workbench. It delivers the same controlled marking force at much higher cycle rates.

Available in 2T, 4T, 8T and 15T across four frame configurations - 2-Pillar, 4-Pillar, C-Frame and Compact C-Frame. Each tonnage is available with 100mm or 150mm total travel - giving 32 standard model combinations to match your exact requirement.

The power stroke - where the full hydraulic marking force is applied - is 6mm across all models. The remaining travel is fast pneumatic approach and retraction at low force. This 3-stage design maximises cycle speed while concentrating full force precisely where needed for marking.

The 2T model achieves 100 cycles per minute - among the fastest in its class. The 4T achieves 60 CPM, 8T achieves 40 CPM and 15T achieves 20 CPM. This makes the Hydro Pneumatic Press ideal for high-volume production line marking.
