Manufactured by Max Machine Tools under the VELSE brand from direct customer feedback on the real cost of ownership of roll marking machines in Indian industry. Every VELSE Roll Marking Machine is supplied complete with four standard accessories at no extra cost - Anvil, Roller Cradle, Stud Arbour and Type Holder. These accessories are essential for marking round, hollow and odd-shaped components and are typically sold separately by other suppliers - adding significant cost to the initial purchase. With VELSE, everything needed to start marking cylindrical components is included in the machine price from day one. The machine itself delivers the same proven roll marking performance - steel types or stamp marks mounted in a holder fixed to the machine carriage, operated by hand lever or pneumatic system to produce uniform, legible markings. Marking depth is precisely set by adjusting the vertical dove-tail slide which locks for repetitive work. Low set-up time, easy operation, high output rates and robust construction using standard tooling. Available in three models - VRH10 and VRH15 manually operated for bench use, and VRP30 pneumatically operated for higher production rates. Larger pneumatic and hydraulic models available on enquiry.
