Overview

BRADMA Automatic Rotary Numerators are precision-engineered mechanical marking devices designed for high-volume sequential numbering of components on production lines. Unlike manual rotary numerators, the automatic version advances the number wheels one step after every marking stroke - no manual setting needed between parts. Serial numbers are marked in a simple, fast and repeatable operation with perfectly aligned, evenly spaced and uniformly deep impressions - component after component. Wheels are made from special tool steel with advancing cams machined directly into solid wheels. Cam material is as durable as the stamping characters themselves. Extra wide unit wheel for longer life. One-piece actuating pawl machined from solid bar. Direct-reading characters allow easy set-up verification. No riveted assembly - easy to dismantle and clean by the user. Unique design of holding catch and springs. Available in 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 wheel configurations across character sizes 1.6mm to 6mm - covering the widest range of serial number digit requirements in Indian industry. Special configurations including alpha-numeric wheels, composite numerators with logo or fixed text, concave and convex wheels for curved surfaces, high performance numerators for longer life, and numerators for red-hot marking with heating arrangement are available on request.
