Standard engraving depth is 0.25mm - deeper engraving available on request with valid reason. Available in Single Line, Double Line, Bold, Low Stress (Dotted) and Inspection stamp mark configurations. Special profiles include Concave, Convex, Radial, Round Face, Flat Face, Dotted and Controlled Depth stamp marks for curved surfaces, round components and precision depth applications. A BRADMA Stamp Mark is a custom-manufactured composite marking tool that carries your complete marking data - logo, text, part number or inspection code - in a single stamp. One strike of the stamp creates the entire impression on the component surface.

Share a drawing of the component to be marked, the location and size of the marking area, the exact text or logo content, the character size and style, the material and hardness of the component at the time of marking, and whether any machining will be done on the marked face after marking.

The standard engraving depth is 0.25mm. If deeper engraving is required - for example on spanners, electric tower frames or components that will be machined after marking - specify the reason and required depth when ordering.

A Low Stress stamp mark has a dotted face instead of a solid face. The dotted impression reduces stress concentration on the marked surface - essential for hardened components, aerospace and defence parts where surface integrity must be maintained after marking.
