Overview

VELSE Stamp Marks are custom-manufactured composite marking tools engineered by Max Machine Tools from direct customer feedback on the limitations of standard stamp marks in Indian industrial use. Every VELSE stamp mark is manufactured from D3 tool steel - a high carbon, high chromium cold work tool steel that delivers superior wear resistance and deeper through-hardness compared to standard tool steel. In a stamp mark this matters significantly - each mark takes repeated heavy strikes across thousands of components, and D3 holds its cutting edge and impression clarity far longer than standard steel before replacement is needed. VELSE stamp marks are engineered with better cutting edge geometry for sharper, cleaner logo and text reproduction - fidelity to your artwork is maintained across a longer working life. Available in Single Line, Double Line, Bold, Low Stress (Dotted) and Inspection configurations. Special logo stamp marks are custom-designed to your exact artwork with superior reproduction precision. Machine-suitable stamp marks are specifically engineered to withstand press forces from impact presses, roll marking machines and hydraulic presses - not just hand hammer strikes. Special design stamp marks cover application-specific requirements including segmental, radial, concave, convex and controlled depth profiles. Special calligraphy and custom character designs are developed in-house by the MMT engineering team. All artwork and logo designs are kept confidential within Max Machine Tools - never shared externally. As the direct manufacturer, custom stamp marks are developed and delivered faster than any dealer-supplied alternative - direct communication with the engineering team throughout, no middleman, no added lead time.

FAQs

VELSE Stamp Marks are custom-manufactured composite marking tools made from D3 tool steel - a higher grade steel than the standard tool steel used by most stamp mark manufacturers. D3 has higher carbon and chromium content giving better wear resistance and deeper through-hardness. In a stamp mark that takes thousands of heavy strikes across its working life, this translates directly to longer impression clarity and later replacement - a real cost saving over time.

Three factors. First - D3 tool steel holds the cutting edge of fine logo details longer under repeated striking. Second - better cutting edge geometry from in-house engineering gives sharper, cleaner reproduction of fine logo elements. Third - as the manufacturer, MMT handles the full development in-house with direct communication - no artwork passing through multiple hands, no translation errors, no middleman adding lead time.

Machine-suitable stamp marks are specifically engineered to withstand the controlled high-force strikes of impact presses, roll marking machines and hydraulic presses - forces significantly higher and more repetitive than hand hammer strikes. Standard stamp marks may not be designed to handle these forces consistently across a high-volume production run. If you are using a press for marking, specify machine-suitable when ordering.

As the direct manufacturer, Max Machine Tools develops custom stamp marks in-house with no dealer layer in between. Your drawing or artwork goes directly to the engineering team - faster approval, faster development and faster delivery than ordering through a distributor who then orders from a factory. Contact us for current lead times on your specific requirement.

Share a drawing of the component to be marked, the location and size of the marking area, the exact text or logo content, the character size and style, the material and hardness of the component at the time of marking, whether the mark will be applied by hand or machine, and whether any machining will be done on the marked face after marking.

Yes. All logo artwork and custom designs are kept strictly confidential within Max Machine Tools and never shared externally. As the manufacturer, MMT handles the full development in-house - your intellectual property stays within the facility throughout.

VELSE can manufacture special calligraphy types, custom character forms, industry-specific marking patterns, concave and convex profile marks for curved surfaces, radial marks for circular components, and controlled depth marks for precision applications. All special designs are developed in-house by the MMT engineering team.

Yes. Max Machine Tools supplies VELSE Stamp Marks Pan-India and handles export orders. VELSE products are exported globally and meet international marking quality standards.
