Overview
The HABA VMCB16RSE is a high speed vertical metal cutting bandsaw machine designed for precision cutting of metal sheets, plates, and irregular shapes. Built by Max Machine Tools at our HABA brand manufacturing facility, this machine features 400mm wheel diameter, 350mm throat capacity, 400mm sliding table movement, and a powerful 2HP 3-phase ISI IE2 motor. The 800mm x 800mm sliding table with smooth movement makes it ideal for fabrication workshops, sheet metal industries, die makers, and tool rooms. Equipped with ceramic blade guides, 3-speed selection (700/1100/1700 m/min), balanced casting machined wheels, anti vibration pads, LED work light, adjustable job stopper, and tool kit box. Components include Crompton CG ISI IE2 motor, Siemens or Schneider electricals, and SKF/FAG/NTN bearings for long term reliability. Lifetime spare parts availability guaranteed. Optional VFD speed control and gear box for heavy duty slow speed cutting available on request. Supplied plug and play across Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pan-India, and export markets.
