The PRG Standard Series Vertical Metal Cutting Bandsaw is designed for precision cutting of aluminium runner risers, castings, MS, SS, CI, copper, brass, zinc, wood, rubber, and soft metals. Built by Max Machine Tools under our PRG brand, this series is available in tilting table models (VMCB18, VMCB24, VMCB30) and sliding table models (VMCB18S, VMCB24S) covering wheel sizes from 450mm to 750mm. All models feature dynamically balanced cast iron wheels with heavy arm support, MS fabricated body for long life, tilting table up to 45 degrees, and easy blade tension and angle adjustment. Specially designed for aluminium runner riser cutting in foundry and casting industries. Different blade widths available for various applications. Lifelong spare parts availability guaranteed. Also available in motorised, PLC controlled, and CNC controlled versions for automated cutting applications. Supplied plug and play across Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pan-India, and export markets.

The PRG Standard Series is specially designed for cutting aluminium runner risers and castings in foundry applications. It also cuts MS, SS, CI, copper, brass, zinc, wood, rubber wheels, AAC blocks, and other soft metals and materials.

The standard range covers 450mm (VMCB18), 600mm (VMCB24), and 750mm (VMCB30) wheel sizes. Both tilting table and sliding table variants are available in 450mm and 600mm. Larger sizes and custom configurations are available on request.

Tilting table models (VMCB18, VMCB24, VMCB30) allow the table to tilt up to 45 degrees for angle cutting. Sliding table models (VMCB18S, VMCB24S) have a sliding table for controlled feed of the workpiece, which is preferred for runner riser and casting cutting where consistent feed is needed.

VMCB18 cuts up to 275mm, VMCB24 cuts up to 325mm, and VMCB30 cuts up to 600mm. Sliding table models VMCB18S and VMCB24S have similar capacities with the added benefit of controlled sliding feed.
