Every special type is manufactured from D3 tool steel - a high carbon, high chromium cold work tool steel delivering superior wear resistance and longer service life even under demanding special application conditions such as hot stamping, heavy forging marking and high-cycle production environments. Available in Segmental, Radial, Grooved, Stepped, Low Stress (Dotted), Concave, Convex, Extra Long, T-Shape, L-Shape, I-Shape, Z-Shape, Rectangular Through Holed, Grooved Crimping and Double Grooved profiles. Hot stamping types rated for surfaces up to 900 degrees Celsius. Special types for Blister Packing, Cartonators, Collapsible Tubes, Crimping, Sachets and Tetra Packs.
